Items not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)


2. How to Start a Return

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; MBSparkle.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size/color (if available).
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit upon request.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may submit a return after delivery.
